The Wave 120U is one of Optoma's most compact and hassle-free Full HD DuraCore laser ultra short throw home projectors to date. Designed for maintenance-free continuous operation, this 3,800-lumen projector delivers powerful and eye catching image performance, perfect for well lights living roome, the Wave 120U is designed to be used at any time of day.

Installation and setup are simple with four corner adjustment and the added benefit of an external power supply, offering more reliability, portability and energy efficiency.

Designed with the environment in mind, the eco-friendly chassis design is made with up to 50% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastics and the packaging contains up to 97% recyclable materials.

Geared for family entertainments in the well light living room, the Wave 120U features an ultra short throw lens meaning it can project a 100” image from less than 0.5m away, avoiding shadows being cast across the screen from the others.

Four corner correction

Adjust the keystone in both the vertical and horizontal plane. You can individually warp each corner of the image to create a perfectly square image. Ideal for uneven walls or where projector placement is awkward and needs to be installed at an angle.

Dual HDMI inputs

With dual HDMI inputs, you can connect to different devices such as your set-top box, laptop, PC, Blu-ray player or media streamer easily by assigning them to different ports. There is no need for continuous plug or unplugging when switching devices, making presentation and display hassle-free. You can even turn it into a smart projector by connecting an HDMI dongle like Google Chromecast™, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV™ or Roku® stick.

Device Control by HDMI CEC Link

According to UK Plastics Pack 2022, it takes 75% less energy to make a plastic bottle from recycled plastic than virgin materials. Optoma projectors can display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D compatible graphics cards, 3D broadcasting and the latest generation 3d media servers.

Quick start-up and shutdown

This projector features quick start-up and shutdown and reaches full brightness quickly. To maximise energy saving it also includes a ‘pause projection’ feature where the light source can be completely shut off. Unlike conventional lamp based projectors, the laser- light source requires minimal cool-down time.
